ellO gallery and shop will be featuring three locally connected female artists for the month of May. Nest features drawings, paintings, and mixed media art by Cassandra Warren, Kay Kelley, and Leah Creates. Cassandra Warren has shown numerous times on the walls of ellO . Delicate and discarded paper scraps are reclaimed, layered with paint and then finalized with precise ink drawings. Leah Creates is a photographer as well as mixed-media artist and web designer. Kay Kelley will be showcasing her mixed-media artwork for the first time at ellO. Kelley's environmentally influenced pieces explore the spiritual and physical interconnections between humans and nature. In addition to their own artwork Cassandra and Leah Creates will also be collaborating for a number of pieces in this exhibition.
